Description
The new Ketton Jacket II in Tundra uses a Venturi 2-layer fabric to ensure it is both waterproof and windproof. This jacket has the added benefit of packing into the internal chest pocket, meaning you can take this jacket on your travels and it won't take up space or add weight. Added rubberised poppers and two bellows pockets and fleece-lined hand-warming side pockets ensure your hands are kept warm on chilly days. A detachable hood and the durable ripstop fabric make sure you stay completely dry on the coldest of days.

Delivery and Returns
Our cut off for processing an order is 1pm, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next working day. Please note any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
If an item(s) is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible to inform you and to resolve your order.

Small Print
Royal Mail First Class Signed for requires a signature on delivery of your parcel. This is not a trackable service, allow 1-3 working days for delivery (Monday through Saturday).
Next Working Day Courier Delivery via DHL is Monday to Friday only. You will receive a text or email notification when your parcel has been dispatched with a link to track your parcel. You will also receive a second notification on the day of delivery with a time slot of when your goods are expected to be delivered. This is a fully trackable service. Note Saturday & Sundays are not classed as working days for this service.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item[s] to us within 30 days for full price items, or 14 days for discounted items, from receipt for a full refund or exchange. We are happy to exchange any item(s) for a replacement or process a refund, which will go back to your original payment method. All returned items must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form & a copy of your order confirmation that was sent with your item[s]. You can also download a returns form here. Please take care to fully inspect your order to ensure you are happy with it before disposing of any packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. We are not able to refund any return postage charges but will send any exchange items out free of charge.
The Small Print
Item[s] must be returned in accordance with our terms & conditions below;
- All items are in their original condition & any packaging complete with all labels & tags still attached
- No scents (from perfume, aftershave or deodorant) or stains (make up etc.) are on any item[s]
- All items are returned to us within the agreed timescale of either 30 or 14 days (dependent on purchase price) from receipt of goods
- No return is allowed on any garments that we have altered or tailored upon your request in any way unless it is deemed faulty or not as described.
- Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of underwear & hosiery.
- If exchanging items and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method
- If exchanging an item and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
- Exchange items will be sent free of any delivery costs.
We reserve the right to not to refund an item[s] if our above terms & conditions are not met. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that do not reach us. |
If an item is Faulty
If the item you received is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund if you return it to us within 30 days of receipt of item[s]. Please complete the Returns form outlining the fault[s] and include this with the item[s]. Sometimes this process may take longer than our normal timeframe but we endeavour to process all faulty returns as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed not to be faulty.
Cancelling an order
In accordance with the Distance Selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. If you wish to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not dispatched your order we will cancel it. If you have received your order and would like to change an item or get a refund simply follow our returns instructions which can be found above.
